The TEAMpack offers a team based, lead management and lead distribution system.

Distribute Leads
Easily allocate leads to Agents and Loan Officers. Each user then has their own access to Leads.

Accountability
Sales Pipeline reports make agents accountable. Keep track of agents sales progress and identify problems early.

Forecast Sales
Sales Forecasts can be created for each agent and for the team as a whole based on Pipeline filters.

Control

Distribute and assign leads to your team members. Leads are easily assigned to agents who have their own Login account. They see their leads only.

Assigning a lead to an Agent (or Assistant or Mortgage Partner) will allow them to work on that lead using all the resources in the Lead Control Center.

They will have full visibility of all the clients home search activity, as well as full capability to set up Just Listed Email Alerts and recommend properties and searches for the client. Agents will find it an invaluable sales support tool.

Visibility

Once an agent has been assigned a lead, the Team Leader still has full visibility of all leads through the master access of the Lead Control Center. Using Sales Pipeline and Sales Forecasting reports will keep you in control. You see all leads and can review each agent or the whole team.

Accountability

Track individual and/or team performance with Sales Pipeline Management. The Sales Pipeline module allows you to define your own team's Sales Pipeline process. Reports then show where leads are in the pipeline, allow you to monitor individual performance and identify bottlenecks in your sales process.

Roles

There are three possible roles, PLUS the Company or Team master role.

These roles are:

AGENT: Typically a Real Estate Agent role

MORTGAGE: Typically used for the mortgage consultanty in your team

ASSISTANT: Used to allow your Assistant to access leads.

Each User is set up with their own login and password, signature and photo.
