Here are some examples of how you can transform your basic website into a compelling home search service for consumers.
The original home page is shown here without any widgets embedded.
The next few images show a selection of our current widgets that you can seamlessly embed into you own website design.
All widgets can be tailored to match your own website colors / CSS schemes.
Home Page Ideas
This example HOME PAGE shows 3 widgets.
1. Register / Sign-In Widget
In the site header, the widget displays a single line that encourages SIGN UP or LOGIN.
If your client IS logged in, then this will say "Welcome {name of client}".
2. Home Finder Widget
This is a version of a 'Quick-Search' that will allow consumers to quickly execute a home search based on one criteria only.
3. Featured Listings Widget
This widget shows scrolling listings based on predefined criteria that are available from the IDX data that we have from your MLS.
Search and Search-Results
4. Search Widget - Basic Search
The SEARCH widget is obviously a vital component!
This widget provides the Property Search Form and also displays Search results too. It needs to be placed on a designated (named) page in your website so that any other widgets that are going to generate a search result can point to this page too.
5. Search Widget - RESULTS
The SEARCH widget is also responsible for displaying results. The Results will be displayed in the same location on the page.
The Results display offers 3 alternative views: List, Gallery, Map. The view of results can be rotated between these 3 views.
On the Results Page, consumers are given the option to SAVE a search or set up a SEARCH ALERT. See Lead Capture for more details.
