If I order a WordPress Website too, what do I get?
We offer semi-custom WordPress real estate blogsites that are setup with great content and powered by all the My Buying Buddy widgets.
These are powerful real estate websites - but they are also extremely powerful Real Estate Blogs too!
Your WordPress website will be completely setup with
- Home search services (provided by My Buying Buddy) which includes mapping
- Comprehensive content pages (How to Buy, How to Sell)
- Lead Capture Forms (squeeze pages )
- About Me, and Contact forms and of course your Blog!
What If I want extra pages and content?
Once your site is delivered, it will be a comprehensive resource for you and your clients.
You will not need to do anything else.
We want you to be able to focus on your marketing and Selling!
However, you will have full capability to add / edit pages,
upload pictures (including embed YouTube videos)
and create Blog posts.
These are all simple to do
- like writing an email! And our training classes and videos are there to help you.
Do we need a meeting to get started? What do you need?
Meetings are not necessary!
We can usually take all your details over the phone or via email.
We will deliver your fully completed WordPress website in about 2 to 3 days.
Its very straightforward.
The process starts with you choosing a Template from our collection
- and a color scheme.

All we need is your photo, contact details, social profile pages and BIO!
You will need to get an IDX agreement.
And that's it!
What's the Monthly Service Fee for?
The monthly fees you pay us are for hosting your website and also the license to use My Buying Buddy and the integrated Leads and Contacts system.
We look after the technical and admin aspects of your website and WordPress, so you can focus on growing and marketing your website!
The monthly fee also includes unlimited attendance on any of the regular webinars or classroom training sessions that we run. We also provide a very responsive 24/7 help desk service which you can use to request our assistance too!
What if I want a custom search page or custom landing page - who does this?
We want you to have a website that reflects your marketing plans, and having special landing pages can be an important part of this
First, if you know what you want when you place your order with us,
we will be happy to create an extra page or two
with a custom display of properties in them at the same time we create your site!
In other words, we'll create a page with properties to your specifications
so that you can then add text and other details to it.
If you need additional pages. then there are two ways we can help:
First, if you have a clear idea of what you want and can send us all the details,
we can set up all the extra pages and searches etc to meet your needs for a reasonable small fee.
We charge $69 per hour. The second option is for you to do these things yourself.
Its easy! We run regular training to teach you how to add pages and Blog.
If you get your pages created and then need our assistance,
we'll be happy to provide help via our normal help desk services,
which are included with your monthly service fees.
If I need custom color changes or custom graphics to my website how much does this cost?
We charge $69 per hour to make such changes for you. We will give you an accurate estimate of all work before we make a start! However, don't forget that our regular training webinars will help you to add your own pages, upload photos and post blog articles yourself!
How will I get my Facebook and Twitter accounts integrated to my website?
When you send us your initial contact details, we will make sure all your social profiles are clearly shown on your website If you want us to, we can also help to integrate your Facebook page - you need to create a Facebook Page and then we need to be made an admin by you so we can do this. For Twitter we will need your account login These services are complimentary!
What About Training and Support?
Training is provided as follows: There are many recorded video training clips that will show you everything you need to know. You can watch these as often as you like!
We offer regular webinar training. We run classroom training every few months. And we have a 24/7 help desk where you get our attention and help. Whilst we are unable to specifically offer phone support, our numbers are readily available and if you call, and we are available, then we'll be happy to help!
