IDX Agreement Library
If you want to present Listings from the MLS in your website using My Buying Buddy, then you must have an IDX Agreement signed with your MLS.
Here is a collection of IDX agreements we maintain that are from the MLS's we work with.
As an Agent or Associate Broker, your Broker will usually need to sign this document too.
We cannot make your service LIVE until your IDX agreement has been approved by your MLS and we have been notified.
So, take action now - get your agreement in place!
